At Torii, We don’t believe change is something we create for others. It’s something people reclaim for themselves. This belief sits at the heart of my work—shaped by years alongside survivors, youth, and communities who reminded her that justice is not a destination, but a choice. Through Torii, I help build a space where people find the courage to lead their own lives, in their own way, on their own terms. If even one person finds their way back to their own voice, that’s when Torii has done what it was meant to do.

学生時代に認定NPO法人かものはしプロジェクトで学生団体やインターン生として人身売買問題と向き合い続けるなかで、経済的自立が被害者のレジリエンスを高めることに興味を持ちました。その後中途採用支援をメイン事業とする会社へ就職し、リクルーティングアドバイザーとして働き、社内副業として、民間からソーシャル業界への転職を支援する「ソーシャルキャリアフォーラム」を幾度か運営しました。育児をしながら認定NPO法人D×Pで採用担当を担いながら、当時かものはしで上司にあたる清水友美さんから誘ってもらいToriiへコミュニケーションオフィサーとして働き出しました。私は人生を通して、「自分の意思で自分の道を選ぶ」ことを支援したいと思っています。
