私たちの取り組む課題
「自由への一歩 楽希こいのぼりの会」は、
難民申請中で施設に収容されている方が、再び社会で生き直すための「一歩」を応援する有志団体です。
日本には、難民申請中という理由だけで長期にわたり収容される方がおり、
中には長年まじめに地域に根ざして暮らしてきた方もいます。
今回支援する方は、2009年から日本で15年間誠実に暮らしてきましたが、
難民認定を待つ間に収容され、自由を取り戻すためには30万円の保証金が必要となっています。
この機会をきっかけに、
たった一歩のために道が閉ざされることのない社会を目指し、
同じ境遇にある方々への支援にも広げていきたいと考えています。
The Issue We Address
In Japan, there are individuals who are detained in immigration centers simply because they are applying for refugee status.
Among them are people who have lived in Japan for many years, working diligently and contributing to their communities.
We aim to support these individuals by helping them be released under supervised measures (kanri sochi), enabling them to restart their lives outside the detention center through financial support such as guarantee deposits.
なぜこの課題に取り組むか
今回支援する方は、2009年から日本に暮らし、15年にわたって地域で誠実に生活を続けてきました。
しかし、難民認定を待つ間に収容され、外に出るには30万円の保証金が必要です。
たった一歩のために道が閉ざされることのないよう、この機会をきっかけに、同じ境遇の方々にも希望をつなげていきたいと考えています。
Why We Take Action
The individual we are currently supporting has lived in Japan since 2009 and has led an honest, quiet life for 15 years.
Despite this, he has been detained while awaiting the outcome of his refugee application and is now required to pay a 300,000 yen deposit to be released under supervised measures.
We believe that no one should be denied their freedom because of a financial barrier. Through this effort, we hope to extend support to others in similar situations.
寄付金の使い道
お寄せいただいた寄付は、主に以下の目的に使用させていただきます：
- 監理措置に必要な保証金（30万円）
- Syncableの決済手数料・振込手数料等
- 支援に関する通信費・広報活動等
なお、保証金は一定期間後に返還される見込みがあります。その場合は、同様の立場にある方の支援へと活用させていただきます。
また「目標額を超えた寄付金は、当初の支援対象者の生活安定支援または、同様に困難な状況にある他の支援対象者へのサポートに充当します。」
How Donations Will Be Used
Your donation will be used primarily for the following purposes:
- A guarantee deposit of 300,000 yen required for supervised release
- Processing and transfer fees (e.g. Syncable platform fees)
- Communication and outreach costs related to this support effort
Please note: If the deposit is returned in the future, it will be redirected to help others in similar circumstances.
Any donations exceeding the target amount will be used to support the living stability of the current beneficiary or to extend support to others facing similar challenges.
