大切な人を失った悲しみ（グリーフ）を抱える方々が、静かに故人と心を通わせられる「祈りの場」を維持・提供します。
来訪者の受け入れ体制の整備や、ボランティアとの連携、Webサイト等を通じた情報発信を行い、世界中の人々が心の拠り所とできる「風の電話」を後世へつないでいく活動です。
