TOFAは、「教育支援」「雇用創出」「国際交流」「自然保護」の4つに軸で活動しています。
教育支援全ての子供たちに学びと夢を持つ機会を
１）教育環境の整備、２）教育・意識改革
雇用創出健全な生活のために働く機会を作り出す
１）生産技術の向上、２）雇用機会の創出
国際交流 自分の枠を広げ、広い視野で未来を語る

なぜこの課題に取り組むか

発展途上国において様々な社会課題が存在していることは既知の事実ですが、私たちは実際に現地に赴き、実態の把握を行いました。その活動の中で、「教育」が原点にあり、教育を充実することで、環境保護や、子供たちの将来はもとより、私たちの未来をも変えていくことにつながると感じ、まずは個人的活動として有志での支援を開始しました。
その後、複数の訪問を通し、途上国の何も持たないがキラキラとした表情で生きている子供たちと、先進国の物質的には豊かだが精神的に苦しい思いをしている方々や自己実現の機会を探している人々が交流することで、双方が人生における新たな価値を見出し、未来に向けての生きる強さを得る姿を何度も見てきました。そこから、これらの活動は途上国・先進国双方の発展に寄与できるものと考えました。
そして私たちは、この交流は双方が必要としているものを互いに補いつつ、力を合わせて地球の未来を創っていく我々のビジョンの最初の一歩だと確信するに至り、この事業をより多くの人、企業を巻き込んで発展させたいと考え、これらの活動を広げていきたいと思っています。尚、この活動は日本にとどまらず、イタリアやスイスなどにも賛同者を得て、各国での支部を作ることにより、かかわる開発途上国も広げていけることを期待しています。
It is a well-known fact that various social issues exist in developing countries, but TOFA actually went to the area and grasped the actual situation. In these activities, "EDUCATION" is the starting point, and we feel that enriching education will lead to environmental protection and change the future of not only our children, but also our future. So, volunteer support has started as an activity.
After that, through several visits, TOFA was able to see children in developing countries who live happily with nothing materially, and people in developed countries who are materially rich but suffer mentally and self-fulfilling. We have seen many times how people seeking a place to interact discover new values in life and gain the strength to live in the future. Therefore, we believe these activities can contribute to the development of both developing and developed countries.
We believe that this exchange is the first step in our vision of cooperating to create the future of our planet while complementing each other's needs. We would like to involve people and companies in developing and expanding these activities. In addition, this activity is not limited to Japan, and it is expected that the number of participating countries will be expanded by gaining supporters in Italy, Switzerland, etc., and establishing branches in each country.
寄付金の使い道

教育分野ー教科書、文房具などの購入、校舎の修繕や建設（子供人口の激増、幼稚園通園の義務化に伴い）、飲料水タンクの修理
雇用創出ー商業化できる商品の選別ののち、生産プロセスの整備、教育ほか
国際交流ー子供たちの交流および研修の場をつくる。現地のオンライン環境の設立
自然保護ー植林、動物保護や環境への意識向上に関する教育（密猟の防止）

Job creation: Product quality improvement and production technology provision
International exchange: Preparing direct communication or culture exchange oppotunities for children
Nature conservation: Reforming children's awareness of poaching, Raising Japanese awareness of issues
