私たちの取り組む課題
NEPAYSは、ネパールの子どもたちがサッカーを通じて仲間と出会い、夢を持ち、心身ともに健やかに成長できる環境づくりに取り組んでいます。
ネパールの子どもたちにとって、サッカーは単なるスポーツではありません。協力する力、ルールを守る力、努力を続ける力、相手を尊重する心を育てる大切な学びの場です。
一方で、地域によっては、子どもたちが安心してスポーツに取り組み、国際交流や社会教育に触れる機会はまだ十分ではありません。
NEPAYSは、サッカーを入口に子どもたちの健全育成、国際交流、地域への学びを支える活動を続けています。また、サッカーで育まれる規律や協調性、自分たちの場所を大切にする心を環境教育や地域活動にもつなげています。
NEPAYSは、2016年の発足から2026年で10年の節目を迎えます。これまで積み重ねてきたサッカー交流、子どもたちの健全育成、国際交流、環境保全活動をさらに発展させ、ネパールの子どもたちと地域の未来を継続的に支えていくために、このたび年間サポート会員を募集することにしました。
NEPAYS is working to create an environment where children in Nepal can meet friends through soccer, have dreams, and grow healthily in both mind and body.
For children in Nepal, soccer is not merely a sport.
It is an important place of learning that nurtures the ability to cooperate, the ability to follow rules, the ability to keep making efforts, and a heart that respects others.
On the other hand, in some regions, there are still not enough opportunities for children to engage in sports with peace of mind and to experience international exchange and social education.
NEPAYS continues activities that use soccer as an entry point to support the healthy development of children, international exchange, and learning connected to the local community.
In addition, NEPAYS also connects the discipline, cooperativeness, and sense of caring for their own place that are nurtured through soccer to environmental education and community activities.
NEPAYS will soon mark 10 years since its establishment in 2016. In order to further develop the soccer exchange activities, healthy development of children, international exchange, and environmental conservation activities that we have built up over the years, and to continue supporting the future of Nepal’s children and local communities, we have decided to recruit annual supporting members.
NEPAYS ले नेपालका बालबालिकाले फुटबलमार्फत साथीहरूसँग भेटघाट गर्न, सपना राख्न, र मानसिक तथा शारीरिक रूपमा स्वस्थ रूपमा हुर्कन सक्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न काम गरिरहेको छ।
नेपालका बालबालिकाका लागि फुटबल केवल खेल मात्र होइन।
यो सहकार्य गर्ने क्षमता, नियम पालना गर्ने क्षमता, निरन्तर प्रयास गरिरहने क्षमता, र अरूलाई सम्मान गर्ने भावना विकास गर्ने महत्वपूर्ण सिकाइको ठाउँ हो।
अर्कोतर्फ, केही क्षेत्रहरूमा बालबालिकाले सुरक्षित र安心का साथ खेलकुदमा सहभागी हुन, साथै अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय आदानप्रदान र सामाजिक शिक्षासँग जोडिने अवसरहरू अझै पर्याप्त छैनन्।
NEPAYS ले फुटबललाई प्रवेशद्वारका रूपमा प्रयोग गर्दै बालबालिकाको स्वस्थ विकास, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय आदानप्रदान, र स्थानीय समुदायसँग जोडिएको सिकाइलाई सहयोग गर्ने गतिविधिहरू निरन्तर गर्दै आएको छ।
यसका साथै, NEPAYS ले फुटबलमार्फत विकास हुने अनुशासन, सहकार्य गर्ने भावना, र आफ्नै ठाउँलाई माया गर्ने मनोभावलाई वातावरणीय शिक्षा र सामुदायिक गतिविधिहरूसँग पनि जोडिरहेको छ।
NEPAYS ले सन् २०१६ मा स्थापना भएदेखि चाँडै नै १० वर्ष पूरा गर्दैछ। अहिलेसम्म निरन्तर रूपमा अघि बढाउँदै आएको फुटबल आदानप्रदान, बालबालिकाको स्वस्थ विकास, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय आदानप्रदान, र वातावरण संरक्षण गतिविधिहरूलाई अझ विकास गर्दै, नेपालका बालबालिका र स्थानीय समुदायको भविष्यलाई निरन्तर रूपमा समर्थन गर्नका लागि, यसपटक वार्षिक सहयोगी सदस्यहरू募集 गर्ने निर्णय गरेका छौँ।
なぜこの課題に取り組むか
NEPAYSの活動の原点は、2015年のネパール大地震後に掲げた「復興は子どもたちの笑顔から」という想いです。
私たちはこれまで、ネパールの子どもたちを日本の国際少年サッカー大会へ招き、サッカーを通じた交流と成長の機会をつくってきました。また、ネパール現地でもサッカーアカデミー支援を行い、子どもたちが安心してスポーツに取り組める場づくりを進めています。サッカーは、子どもたちの心と体を育てるだけでなく、仲間と協力する力、挑戦する力、社会とつながる力を育てます。
NEPAYSは、ネパールの子どもたちを「支援される存在」としてではなく、自分たちの未来をつくっていく主人公として応援したいと考えています。皆さまのご支援は、子どもたちがサッカーを通じて成長し、新しい世界と出会い、未来へ踏み出すための力になります。
The origin of NEPAYS’ activities lies in the belief we embraced after the 2015 Nepal Earthquake: “Recovery begins with the smiles of children.”
To date, we have invited children from Nepal to international youth soccer tournaments in Japan, creating opportunities for exchange and growth through soccer.
In Nepal as well, we support soccer academies and are working to create places where children can engage in sports with peace of mind.
Soccer not only nurtures the minds and bodies of children, but also develops their ability to cooperate with friends, take on challenges, and connect with society.
NEPAYS hopes to support the children of Nepal not as “recipients of support,” but as the protagonists who will create their own future.
Your support will become a source of strength that enables children to grow through soccer, encounter a new world, and take steps toward the future.
NEPAYS का गतिविधिहरूको मूल आधार सन् २०१५ को नेपाल भूकम्पपछि अघि सारिएको “पुनर्निर्माण बालबालिकाको मुस्कानबाट सुरु हुन्छ” भन्ने भावनामा रहेको छ।
हामीले अहिलेसम्म नेपालका बालबालिकालाई जापानमा आयोजना हुने अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बाल फुटबल प्रतियोगितामा आमन्त्रण गर्दै, फुटबलमार्फत आदानप्रदान र विकासका अवसरहरू सिर्जना गर्दै आएका छौँ।
यसका साथै, नेपालभित्र पनि हामी फुटबल एकेडेमीलाई सहयोग गर्दै, बालबालिकाले安心का साथ खेलकुदमा सहभागी हुन सक्ने ठाउँ निर्माण गर्न अघि बढिरहेका छौँ।
फुटबलले बालबालिकाको मन र शरीरलाई मात्र विकास गर्दैन, साथीहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्ने क्षमता, चुनौती स्वीकार गर्ने क्षमता, र समाजसँग जोडिने क्षमता पनि विकास गर्छ।
NEPAYS ले नेपालका बालबालिकालाई “सहयोग प्राप्त गर्ने अस्तित्व” का रूपमा होइन, आफ्नै भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने मुख्य पात्रका रूपमा समर्थन गर्न चाहन्छ।
तपाईंहरूको सहयोग बालबालिकाले फुटबलमार्फत वृद्धि गर्न, नयाँ संसारसँग भेट गर्न, र भविष्यतर्फ कदम चाल्न आवश्यक शक्ति बन्नेछ।
支援金の使い道
皆さまからいただいたご支援は、NEPAYSが取り組むサッカーを通じた子どもたちの健全育成、国際交流、現地での学びと成長の機会づくりに大切に活用します。
主な使い道は以下のとおりです。
1. ネパールの子どもたちへのサッカー活動支援
現地の子どもたちが、安心してサッカーに取り組める環境づくりに活用します。
サッカー指導、練習環境の整備、ボールや用具の準備、地域の子どもたちが参加できる活動の運営などを支えます。
サッカーを通じて、子どもたちが体を動かす楽しさを知り、仲間と協力し、自信を持って成長できる場をつくります。
2. 日本とネパールの子どもたちの国際交流
NEPAYSがこれまで継続してきた、日本とネパールの子どもたちの交流活動に活用します。
日本での国際少年サッカー大会への参加、交流プログラム、文化交流、学びの機会づくりなどを通じて、子どもたちの視野を広げます。子どもたちにとって、海外の同世代と出会い、同じピッチでプレーする経験は、人生の大きな財産になります。
3. 子どもたちの健全育成プログラム
サッカーを通じて、規律、協調性、責任感、挑戦する心、相手を尊重する姿勢を育てる活動に活用します。
NEPAYSは、サッカーを競技力向上だけの場とは考えていません。子どもたちが仲間と支え合い、社会の中で自分の役割を見つけ、前向きに生きる力を育てるための学びの場として活動を行います。
4. サッカーを入口とした環境教育・地域活動
サッカーで育まれる「自分たちの場所を大切にする心」を、地域や環境への行動につなげます。
学校や地域での環境教育ワークショップ、清掃活動、ごみの分別体験、教材づくりなどを通じて、子どもたちが自分たちの暮らす場所を大切にする意識を育てます。ごみ問題は活動の中心テーマではなく、サッカーを通じた子どもたちの健全育成を、地域社会への学びと行動につなげるための大切な実践テーマです。
5. 現地との連携・活動運営
現地NGO、学校、地域住民、行政関係者との調整、通訳、移動、会場準備、活動記録などに活用します。活動を一度きりで終わらせるのではなく、現地の人たちと協力しながら、子どもたちを継続的に支える仕組みを育てていきます。
6. 活動報告・情報発信
ご支援いただいた皆さまに、活動の様子や子どもたちの成長をお届けするため、活動報告、写真記録、ホームページやSNSでの情報発信に活用します。
これらの活動を通じて、サッカーで育まれる協力する心、ルールを守る姿勢、自分たちの場所を大切にする意識を、子どもたちの成長と地域の未来につなげていきます。一人ひとりのご支援が、ネパールの子どもたちの笑顔と成長を支える力になります。
※NEPAYS年間サポート会員になっていただいた方には、ネパールの自然を感じるお礼の品として、チウリ(バターツリー)の花から採れたハチミツ(50g瓶)1本をお届けします。
The support we receive from all of you will be used with great care for NEPAYS’ efforts to promote the healthy development of children through soccer, international exchange, and the creation of opportunities for learning and growth in Nepal.
The main uses of the support are as follows.
１．Support for soccer activities for children in Nepal
Your support will be used to create an environment where local children can engage in soccer with peace of mind.
It will support soccer coaching, the improvement of practice environments, the preparation of balls and equipment, and the operation of activities in which local children can participate.
Through soccer, we will create places where children can discover the joy of moving their bodies, cooperate with friends, and grow with confidence.
２．International exchange between children in Japan and Nepal
Your support will be used for the exchange activities between children in Japan and Nepal that NEPAYS has continued to carry out.
Through participation in international youth soccer tournaments in Japan, exchange programs, cultural exchange, and the creation of learning opportunities, we will broaden the perspectives of children.
For children, the experience of meeting peers from overseas and playing on the same pitch becomes a great asset in life.
３．Healthy development programs for children
Your support will be used for activities that nurture discipline, cooperativeness, a sense of responsibility, the courage to take on challenges, and an attitude of respecting others through soccer.
NEPAYS does not regard soccer merely as a place for improving competitive ability.
We carry out activities as a place of learning where children can support one another with their friends, find their own roles in society, and develop the strength to live positively.
４．Environmental education and community activities using soccer as an entry point
We will connect the “heart of caring for their own place” nurtured through soccer to actions for the local community and the environment.
Through environmental education workshops at schools and in local communities, cleaning activities, experiences in waste separation, and the creation of educational materials, we will nurture children’s awareness of caring for the places where they live.
Waste issues are not the central theme of our activities; rather, they are an important practical theme for connecting the healthy development of children through soccer to learning and action in the local community.
５．Cooperation with local partners and operation of activities
Your support will be used for coordination with local NGOs, schools, community residents, and government officials, as well as interpretation, transportation, venue preparation, and activity records.
Rather than ending the activities as one-time efforts, we will work together with local people to develop a system that continuously supports children.
６．Activity reports and information sharing
In order to share the state of our activities and the growth of the children with all of you who support us, your support will be used for activity reports, photo records, and information sharing through our website and social media.
Through these activities, we will connect the spirit of cooperation, the attitude of following rules, and the awareness of caring for their own places nurtured through soccer to the growth of children and the future of local communities.
Each person’s support becomes a source of strength that supports the smiles and growth of children in Nepal.
※Those who become annual supporting members of NEPAYS will receive one 50g jar of honey collected from the flowers of Chyuri (butter tree), as a token of our appreciation that conveys the nature of Nepal.

सहयोगका मुख्य प्रयोगहरू निम्नानुसार छन्।

यो सहयोग स्थानीय बालबालिकाले सुरक्षित र ढुक्कसँग फुटबलमा सहभागी हुन सक्ने वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
यसले फुटबल प्रशिक्षण, अभ्यास वातावरणको सुधार, बल तथा सामग्रीहरूको तयारी, र स्थानीय बालबालिका सहभागी हुन सक्ने गतिविधिहरूको सञ्चालनलाई सहयोग गर्नेछ।
फुटबलमार्फत बालबालिकाले शरीर चलाउने आनन्द थाहा पाउन, साथीहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्न, र आत्मविश्वासका साथ हुर्कन सक्ने ठाउँ सिर्जना गर्नेछौँ।
２．जापान र नेपालका बालबालिकाबीचको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय आदानप्रदान
यो सहयोग NEPAYS ले अहिलेसम्म निरन्तर गर्दै आएको जापान र नेपालका बालबालिकाबीचको आदानप्रदान गतिविधिहरूमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
जापानमा हुने अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बाल फुटबल प्रतियोगितामा सहभागिता, आदानप्रदान कार्यक्रम, सांस्कृतिक आदानप्रदान, र सिकाइका अवसरहरू सिर्जना गर्ने कार्यमार्फत बालबालिकाको दृष्टिकोण फराकिलो बनाउनेछौँ।
बालबालिकाका लागि विदेशका समान उमेरका साथीहरूसँग भेट्नु र एउटै मैदानमा खेल्नु जीवनको ठूलो सम्पत्ति बन्ने अनुभव हो।
３．बालबालिकाको स्वस्थ विकास कार्यक्रम
यो सहयोग फुटबलमार्फत अनुशासन, सहकार्य गर्ने भावना, जिम्मेवारीबोध, चुनौती स्वीकार गर्ने मन, र अरूलाई सम्मान गर्ने दृष्टिकोण विकास गर्ने गतिविधिहरूमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
NEPAYS ले फुटबललाई केवल प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक क्षमता बढाउने ठाउँका रूपमा मात्र हेर्दैन।
बालबालिकाले साथीहरूसँग एकअर्कालाई सहयोग गर्दै, समाजभित्र आफ्नो भूमिका भेट्टाउन र सकारात्मक रूपमा बाँच्ने शक्ति विकास गर्न सक्ने सिकाइको ठाउँका रूपमा हामी गतिविधिहरू सञ्चालन गर्छौँ।
４．फुटबललाई प्रवेशद्वार बनाएको वातावरणीय शिक्षा तथा सामुदायिक गतिविधि
फुटबलमार्फत विकास हुने “आफ्नै ठाउँलाई माया गर्ने मन” लाई समुदाय र वातावरणका लागि गरिने कार्यसँग जोड्नेछौँ।
विद्यालय र समुदायमा हुने वातावरणीय शिक्षा कार्यशाला, सरसफाइ गतिविधि, फोहोर छुट्याउने अनुभव, र शैक्षिक सामग्री निर्माणमार्फत बालबालिकामा आफू बस्ने ठाउँलाई माया गर्ने चेतना विकास गर्नेछौँ।
फोहोर समस्या हाम्रो गतिविधिको मुख्य विषय होइन; फुटबलमार्फत बालबालिकाको स्वस्थ विकासलाई स्थानीय समाजमा हुने सिकाइ र कार्यसँग जोड्ने महत्वपूर्ण व्यावहारिक विषय हो।
５．स्थानीय निकायसँगको सहकार्य र गतिविधि सञ्चालन
यो सहयोग स्थानीय NGO, विद्यालय, समुदायका बासिन्दा, र प्रशासनिक सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिहरूसँगको समन्वय, दोभाषे सेवा, आवतजावत, कार्यक्रम स्थलको तयारी, र गतिविधि अभिलेख राख्ने कार्यमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
गतिविधिलाई एक पटकमा समाप्त गर्ने होइन, स्थानीय मानिसहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्दै बालबालिकालाई निरन्तर सहयोग गर्ने प्रणाली विकास गर्दै जानेछौँ।
６．गतिविधि प्रतिवेदन र सूचना प्रवाह
हामीलाई सहयोग गर्नुहुने सबैलाई गतिविधिको अवस्था र बालबालिकाको विकास पुर्याउनका लागि, यो सहयोग गतिविधि प्रतिवेदन, फोटो अभिलेख, वेबसाइट र सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत सूचना प्रवाह गर्ने कार्यमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
यी गतिविधिहरूमार्फत, फुटबलले विकास गर्ने सहकार्य गर्ने मन, नियम पालना गर्ने दृष्टिकोण, र आफ्नै ठाउँलाई माया गर्ने चेतनालाई बालबालिकाको विकास र समुदायको भविष्यसँग जोड्दै जानेछौँ।
प्रत्येक व्यक्तिको सहयोग नेपालका बालबालिकाको मुस्कान र विकासलाई समर्थन गर्ने शक्ति बन्नेछ।
※NEPAYS का वार्षिक सहयोगी सदस्य बन्नुहुने व्यक्तिहरूलाई नेपालको प्रकृतिको अनुभूति गराउने धन्यवादस्वरूप, चिउरी (बटर ट्री) को फूलबाट संकलित महको एउटा ५० ग्रामको बोतल पठाइनेछ।
