UNHCR（国連難民高等弁務官事務所）は1950年に設立された国連の難民支援機関。
紛争や迫害により故郷を追われた難民・国内避難民を保護・支援し、約135か国で難民問題の解決に向けた活動を実施していますが、この活動を支えるための活動を行う公式支援窓口が国連UNHCR協会です。
