NatureLit Japan

NatureLit Japan

Thank You for Your Support! Our Birthday Donation Campaign Has Ended & Our FY2025 Annual Activity Report Is Now Available

Hello everyone,

This is Kotoko Yadomaru, President of NatureLit Japan.

With a series of workshops and business trips over the past few months, it has taken me a little longer than expected to share this update after the campaign ended.

But first of all, I would like to once again say a huge thank you to everyone who supported NatureLit Japan’s 1st Anniversary Birthday Donation campaign!

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to exceed our fundraising goal of JPY 200,000 and successfully complete the campaign.

Throughout the campaign, we received not only generous donations, but also many encouraging messages, shares on social media, and support in many other forms.

Every contribution and message meant so much to us and gave us great encouragement to continue NatureLit Japan’s work.

Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported us.

Our second year is already underway!

NatureLit Japan began its second year of activities in May 2026.

For this Birthday Donation campaign, we shared our goal:

“We want to continue helping people turn ‘I want to take action for the environment’ into ‘I can do it!’ in our second year!”

Since the campaign ended, we have continued moving forward step by step, creating opportunities to learn about environmental issues, organizing events and programs that help people turn their interests into action, sharing information, and conducting research and interviews for future content.

Scaling Youth-Led Synergies: From Local Action Plans to Global Resilience

In our second year, we also hope to gradually develop programs and other ways to support people who want to take action for the environment—not only in taking their first step, but also in continuing their activities afterwards.

With the support we received from all of you, we hope to turn these ideas into reality little by little.

Our FY2025 Annual Activity Report is now available!

We are also happy to announce that NatureLit Japan’s FY2025 Annual Activity Report, covering our first year as an incorporated organization, is now complete!

The report looks back on the events, communications, and activities we carried out in Japan and internationally over the past year. It also shares what NatureLit Japan values and what we hope to achieve in the future.

Today, we sent both the Japanese and English versions of the report by email to supporters who were scheduled to receive the report as a campaign reward.

The Annual Activity Report is also available on the NatureLit Japan website. We hope you will take a look!

Once again, thank you so much!

Our first year at NatureLit Japan was filled with trial and error.

Even so, we have been able to enter our second year and continue our work because of everyone who has followed our journey and supported us in so many different ways.

We will make good use of the support we received through this Birthday Donation campaign as we continue creating opportunities for people who want to take action for the environment to find and take their own first steps.

We are still learning and experimenting along the way, but we will continue building NatureLit Japan in our own way, step by step.

We hope you will continue following our activities and journey.

We also offer a free newsletter with updates on our activities and upcoming events. If you are interested, we would be very happy to have you subscribe!
