難民申請中の方が社会で生き直す"自由への一歩”を、みんなで応援します。
日本には、難民申請中という理由だけで長期にわたり収容される方がおり、中には長年まじめに地域に根ざして暮らしてきた方もいます。今回支援する方は、2009年から日本で15年間誠実に暮らしてきましたが、難民認定を待つ間に収容され、自由を取り戻すためには30万円の保証金が必要となっています。この機会をきっかけに、たった一歩のために道が閉ざされることのない社会を目指し、同じ境遇にある方々への支援にも広げていきたいと考えています。保証金の寄付を集めるために、このクラウドファンディングキャンペーンを実施します。

なぜこの課題に取り組むか
今回支援する方は、2009年から日本に暮らし、15年にわたって地域で誠実に生活を続けてきました。
しかし、難民認定を待つ間に収容され、外に出るには30万円の保証金が必要です。
たった一歩のために道が閉ざされることのないよう、この機会をきっかけに、同じ境遇の方々にも希望をつなげていきたいと考えています。
寄付金の使い道
お寄せいただいた寄付は、主に以下の目的に使用させていただきます：
- 監理措置に必要な保証金（30万円）
- Syncableの決済手数料・振込手数料等
- 支援に関する通信費・広報活動等
なお、保証金は一定期間後に返還される見込みがあります。その場合は、同様の立場にある方の支援へと活用させていただきます。
また「目標額を超えた寄付金は、当初の支援対象者の生活安定支援または、同様に困難な状況にある他の支援対象者へのサポートに充当します。」
A Request for Your Support
In Japan, there are people who are detained for long periods simply because they are waiting for a decision on their asylum application. Some of them have lived in the community for many years with honesty and integrity.
The person we are supporting has lived in Japan since 2009—15 years of sincere, dedicated life. While waiting for recognition as a refugee, he was detained. Now, there is a chance for him to be released, but a guarantee deposit of 300,000 yen is required.
This crowdfunding campaign is to help him take that single, vital step toward freedom. And we hope it will also become a step toward supporting others in similar situations.

Why We Take Action
The individual we are currently supporting has lived in Japan since 2009 and has led an honest, quiet life for 15 years.
Despite this, he has been detained while awaiting the outcome of his refugee application and is now required to pay a 300,000 yen deposit to be released under supervised measures.
We believe that no one should be denied their freedom because of a financial barrier. Through this effort, we hope to extend support to others in similar situations.
How Donations Will Be Used
Your donation will be used primarily for the following purposes:
- A guarantee deposit of 300,000 yen required for supervised release
- Processing and transfer fees (e.g. Syncable platform fees)
- Communication and outreach costs related to this support effort
Please note: If the deposit is returned in the future, it will be redirected to help others in similar circumstances.
Any donations exceeding the target amount will be used to support the living stability of the current beneficiary or to extend support to others facing similar challenges.
